Without water
Appearance: A straw colour with pronounced legs
Nose: Freshly cut grass, and vegetal aromas and wet slate and gentle wood smoke with zingy lemon peel notes and a gentle brown sugar sweetness
Palate: A pleasingly full mouth-feel with a beautiful balance of sweetness and spice
Finish: A complex finish beginning with a sharp sweetness with a fiery hint, giving way to a more nutty profile
With water:
Appearance: A pale straw with hints of light gold
Nose: Opens up to a rounder profile of aromas with the lead notes being caramelised banana and bread and butter pudding
Palate: The spicy flavour leads the palate with warm cinnamon and cloves.
Finish: A brief sweetness infolds to a long and lengthy warming fieriness.
